Wroclaw is a large city with a population of 674,132, of which 53.0% are women and 47.0% are men. Between 2002 and 2023, the population increased by 5.5%. The average age of residents is 41.6 years, comparable to the average age of residents of the Lower Silesian region and nationwide. It's projected that by 2050, Wroclaw's population will reach 577,658, with 304,649 women and 273,009 men.

The municipality of Miejska Górka has 8,824 residents, of which 50.0% are women and 50.0% are men. Between 2002 and 2023, the population decreased by 4.3%. The average age of residents is 40.1 years, comparable to the average age of residents of the Wielkopolska region and slightly lower than the average age of residents of Poland as a whole.

In 2022, 30.6% of deaths in Miejska Górka were due to cardiovascular diseases, the cause of 20.5% of deaths in Miejska Górka was cancer, and 8.7% of deaths were due to respiratory diseases. There are 11.89 deaths per 1,000 population of Urban Mountain. This is higher than the average value for the Wielkopolska province and comparable to the country's average value.

Most of the the municipality's area (about 88%) is agricultural land, so its development is largely related to agriculture. The agrarian economy mainly includes crop production and livestock production, which is dominated by pig and dairy cattle breeding.
